This Fire Resistant Timber Loft Ladder Dolle Rated F30 is Ideal for ceiling heights up to 2.87m, the wooden unit comes supplied with frame, outside measurement 700mm x 1200mm.
The Ladder unit includes:
- Fitted with draught excluder.
- The Wooden trap door hatch is made of sandwich construction, with 50mm polystyrene insulation (3mm Masonite on inside/outside surfaces 1/2 hour rating ).

- Supplied with pole for opening.
