These are the Youngman Loft Ladder Spring Assembly Deluxe Werner 009287, this includes the arms block and Spring Assembly connections which connect to the unit itself.
This Werner Ladders part allows the unit to be raised and lowered under tension so that the weight of the Loft Ladders unit is taken away from the user.
